The machine is equipped with a high-sensitivity thermal conductivity detector and a hydrogen flame ionization detector, as well as a nickel catalyst converter, which can achieve the determination of all seven (or nine) gas components dissolved in transformer oil: hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, methane, ethylene, ethane, and acetylene in one injection. Its performance meets the requirements for gas chromatography in the above standards.
Meets the standards GB/T7252-2001 "Guidelines for analysis and determination of dissolved gases in transformer oil", GB/T17632-1998 "Gas chromatographic method for determination of gas content in insulating oil", and DL/T722-2000 "Guidelines for analysis and determination of dissolved gases in transformer oil". GC-7890 Transformer Oil Chromatography Analyzer with TCD detector and FID detector, where H2, O2, and N2 are detected by TCD; CO, CO2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C2H2 are detected by FID.
